Job Requirements

- Familiar with customer support software, including Zendesk, Slack, and internal troubleshooting tools to resolve issues
- Fluent in the English language, as well as reading and writing in English
- Must be at least a high school graduate
- Must meet minimum typing requirement of 25 wpm
