Job Description

• Provide expertise in solar and residential energy technologies • Communicate requirements between stakeholders including engineers, operations, OEMs, and investors • Understand hardware decisions and their business implications • Work with commercial and operational teams for hardware launches • Identify new partners and technologies for strategic advancement • Maintain relationships with OEM partners and technical teams

Job Requirements

7+ years of experience in a role which provides a deep, highly technical understanding of solar and/or other energy efficiency technologies
Experience in the solar industry is required; experience with other home efficiency hardware types is a plus
Ability to analyze technical reports on solar inverters or batteries
Highly analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage across multiple priorities and influence peers and cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills with senior leaders and external stakeholders
Proactive in problem-solving
Experience working at an early stage startup is preferred
Contractor’s license and/or Electrical license is preferred
