• Partner with a predetermined sales team in order to understand key drivers of the businesses, transfer insight to the Snr. Manager of Strategic Finance, and facilitate specific analyses • Responsible for the area budget and monthly forecasting • Work with the Data Analytics team in order to deliver consistent messaging on results and metrics • Work with the Planning team in FP&A to identify cost savings and/or secure resources for the business • Review and understand financial statements and allocations • Assist with headcount planning to ensure team is able to deliver their targets • Monitor commissions earned on a monthly basis to ensure teams are on target for hitting OTE; identify reasons when targets are not met • Work on business and/or executive presentations and dashboards • Perform ad-hoc analysis and other projects as required
