**Responsibilities** - **Analyze and Evaluate Systems:** Review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems, data flows, and operational processes across product service delivery and testing - **Lead Requirements Gathering:** Conduct end-to-end requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, and independent research. Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications. - **Bridge Business and Technical Teams:** Act as the primary liaison between users, business stakeholders, and technical/development teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements. - **Support Agile Delivery:** Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups; ensure user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables are clearly defined, validated, and tracked in JIRA. - **Document and Communicate:** Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation such as business requirements, process maps, system issues, defects and resolution logs. Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - **Collaborate Cross-Functionally:** Partner with product owners, architects, engineers, and delivery teams to align system design and implementation with business goals and service delivery needs. - **Test and Validate Solutions:** Support QA and UAT processes by verifying that delivered functionality meets business and technical requirements. - **Optimize Tools and Workflows:** Recommend and support enhancements to key delivery systems to streamline engineering processes. - **Drive Continuous Improvement:** Use data-driven insights to identify performance gaps, propose workflow refinements, and contribute to the evolution of telecom service delivery capabilities.
