Job Description
• Identify and secure top-tier real estate sites for development
• Manage the full development lifecycle: site selection, LOI negotiation, due diligence, and coordination through store opening
• Partner with franchisees to support market planning and pipeline execution
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, landlords, developers, and municipalities
• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, construction, finance) to ensure timely deal execution
• Track and report on pipeline progress and key performance metrics
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of real estate development experience, preferably in retail, automotive, or QSR
- Strong negotiation and project management skills
- Experience working with both corporate and franchise models
- Proven ability to manage multiple deals across regions
- Must be willing to travel up to 30%
