Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5–7+ years in sales or business development within pharmaceutical, biotech, or related regulated industries
- Proven experience selling complex solutions with long sales cycles and multi-service scenarios
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry practices and Clario’s products and services
- Excellent communication skills, including cold calling and executive-level engagement
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams
- Strong commercial acumen with command of pricing and contract terms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM tools
- Ability to travel extensively to meet prospective and existing customers
