Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or similar role - preferably in SaaS, IT Asset Management, or HR Tech.
- Strong understanding of IT procurement, device lifecycle management, or SaaS integrations (ITSM systems, MDM, SSO, Endpoint Security etc).
- Comfort discussing APIs, data flows, and systems architecture with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to simplify complex solutions and clearly articulate ROI.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration instincts and the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-moving sales cycles.
- Deep analytical mindset with the ability to build excel based tools to drive client solutions.
- Bonus: Experience supporting enterprise clients in multi-country environments.
