Job Description
Job Requirements
- Juris Doctorate or equivalent and license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 7 years relevant legal experience as an attorney
- Experience negotiating real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, easements) and complex, sensitive or high-profile agreements
- In-house experience and/or law firm experience advising sophisticated clients and senior management
- Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural experience appreciated
- Experience managing other attorneys and/or legal support staff
- Experience in one or more of the following legal subjects: environmental due diligence and liability, commercial contracts, technology and intellectual property, commercial or real estate dispute resolution, Indian law and indigenous sovereignty, grants and public funding, tax-exempt and nonprofit organizations and related tax issues.
- Experience developing, directing and managing multiple projects and implementing strategic program goals
