Job Description

• Build a high-impact ecosystem of solution partners across North America. • Responsible for recruiting, enabling, and growing a network of solutions partners. • Build joint GTM plans with key partners to drive partner sourced pipeline and revenue. • Ideal for someone who combines strong partner management experience and who thrives in a fast-growing environment.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in building and managing successful regional solutions partnerships in North America
  • Strong understanding of API-driven products and the ability to partner closely with engineering, product, and solutions teams
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer and partner value propositions
  • A commercial mindset with experience driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through co-selling and joint GTM motions
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across partners, sales, solutions engineering, and product teams
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
  • Passion for emerging AI technologies and their real-world applications across industries
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and a high level of ownership and accountability
