Job Description

• Define and prioritize product backlog items to deliver business value and meet customer needs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product requirements • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends • Create and maintain product roadmaps, vision, and strategy • Ensure alignment of product development with company goals and objectives

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in product ownership or similar role
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development life cycles
Experience with product development tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
Knowledge of digital technologies such as cloud computing, mobile apps, or web development
Preferred Qualifications
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification
MBA or other related graduate-level degree
Knowledge of CRM integration (e.g., Salesforce) and patient engagement technologies
Experience with cloud-based healthcare solutions and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7)
Extensive experience in customer-facing healthcare settings, with a focus on technology solutions
Experience with managed care practices.
