• Oversee daily operational needs for all Kingscott office locations. • Manage facility-related vendor relationships, leases, and service agreements. • Coordinate office relocations, expansions, and renovations. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards. • Serve as liaison between Kingscott, IT Coordinator & Technician, and Strategic Business Solutions. • Oversee implementation and support of technology systems. • Support strategic planning for hardware, software, and cybersecurity needs. • Collect and maintain staffing and operational data for resource planning. • Prepare dashboards and reports related to workload distribution. • Partner with leadership to identify operational efficiencies. • Build scalable systems to support growth and integration. • Serve as liaison to legal counsel for operational matters. • Build operational mastery during first two years. • Shadow Resource Manager to understand planning processes. • Transition into Operations/Resources Director role.
