Job Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Paradox implementation
- Client-facing consulting experience in the IT or HR tech industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, and other related software
- Must have client-facing experience supporting full life cycle of project/program execution following established technology implementation methodology
- A minimum of 2 years of experience implementing, optimizing, and supporting end-to-end talent acquisition functions and systems (specifically Paradox, with other TA systems helpful)
- English required
