Job Requirements
- College degree in a Technical Program
- Strong Mechanical & electrical knowledge/understanding
- Strong knowledge of pneumatic & hydraulic systems/components
- Ability to read and understand manuals, parts lists, component drawings, dimensional drawings, hydraulic & pneumatic schematics, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Familiarity with using common tools and equipment (i.e. Multi-Meter)
- Comfortable working with hi-temp, hi-pressure, and hi-voltage equipment (240VAC – 480VAC)
- Comfortable working onsite alone with tools to assist customers
- Comfortable with upselling customers on new products and technologies
- Effective clear concise oral & written communication skills
- Excellent computer knowledge: MS Office, Outlook, MS Teams, Concur, SAP, SAP C4C, Concur etc.
- Available to travel ~75% of the time
