Job Description
Job Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree (JD) and admitted to the California State Bar
- Seven (7) years of experience practicing law
- Excellent advocacy skills (research, writing, analytic, and oral)
- Strong commitment to working with people with disabilities and low-income clients
- Expertise in one or more substantive areas of law affecting rights and services for people with disabilities
- Experience in litigation, including class action, complex litigation, and appellate practice
