• The Sr . Manager , Operations is responsible for the technical performance of projects and the business development expansion of services at partner accounts. • Identify , train, develop, coach, and mentor technical teams developing high performing project engineers and consultants. • Responsible for client relationship management and acts as client liaison during delivery of Project Farma service engagement s. • Develop and own the site strategy to position the firm as a leader in CQV services. • Actively participate in industry events to build a local network and collaborate with the Market Director to expand client portfolios and secure high-value contracts. • Collaborate across Project Farma practice teams to develop solutions for joint business opportunities that meet business and client objectives. • Monitor and manage budgets and planning needs to meet the necessary project requirements.
