• Collaborate with business owners to identify, prioritize, and secure funding • Coordinate business cases, budgeting, and oversee delivery of technology initiatives • Accountable for the management and delivery of the business unit change programs, ensuring projects and programs are aligned to company strategy and business goals across Marketing and Sales • Develop partnership with key commercial partners to ensure transparency and aligned prioritization • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data and AI policies to maximise information for business decision making • Lead the development of the annual Commercial IT plan, including budget and resource planning, to support the overall business vision and agreeing / prioritizing the projects with the D&G Leadership Team • Lead, develop and grow a team of delivery leads and business analysts, inspiring and supporting them to deliver change initiatives while developing and enhancing their skills • Drive system improvements and adoption of new technologies • Foster a culture of technical excellence and high performance.
