• Lead end-to-end design process from discovery and research to prototyping and final hand-off • Translate complex product requirements into user-centered design solutions • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI for web and mobile platforms • Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and data to inform design decisions • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and quality • Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility across the organization • Maintain and evolve the design system for scalability and consistency • Mentor and provide feedback to junior and mid-level designers • Present design work to stakeholders and confidently justify design decisions
