• Responsible for organizing, leading and managing IT projects from inception to completion. • Works with IT resources and customers to develop project scope, charter and project plans. • Uses project management skills to manage project roles, identify resource requirements, define project deliverables, and ensure quality of projects. • Ensures effective communications and relationships between customers and project team members are maintained. • This role works collaboratively with internal technical and application teams as well as external consultants and vendors to define project schedule, coordinate project deliverables and meet project milestones. • This role translates business requirements into technical requirements and facilitates the design and deployment of solutions that may include hardware, software, and network components. • This position is focused on Epic-related implementations supporting clinical and revenue cycle initiatives.
