• Own end-to-end product design: discovery → concept → execution → launch → iteration • Create wireframes, prototypes and visual designs in Figma • Build and evolve design systems (components, patterns, guidelines) for consistency and scale • Collaborate with product and engineering to define requirements, not just translate them into design • Design and source brand-aligned visual assets for Marketing (website pages, decks, graphics) • Lead and execute end-to-end studies—including qualitative interviews, surveys, and usability testing—to create product strategy based on user needs • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insight from various data sources • Synthesize research into actionable insights and recommendations (decks, narratives, visualizations)
