Job Description

• Managing all operational processes, coordination of all trainings, projects, and team • Translating the Founder’s vision and ideas into clear execution plans • Overseeing timelines, delivery, and quality across all initiatives • Structuring and digitizing operations (Notion / Trello / CRM) • Coordinating educational programs, online courses, mentoring programs, and live events • Managing launches, schedules, and cross-functional collaboration • Solving 80% of operational issues independently and escalating only key decisions • Bringing structure, clarity, and execution discipline to the business

Job Requirements

Experience with educational programs, online learning, or training businesses
Proven experience in operations and project management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Highly structured, systems-oriented, and reliable
Able to operate in a fast-paced, creative environment without chaos
Proactive, strategic, and execution-focused
Positive and can-do attitude
Fluent in English will be a plus
