• Drive self-serve growth • In partnership with Dev Rel and Product Marketing understand our ICP and build campaigns and programs to grow our user base • Act as the marketing owner for the self-serve business, driving top-of-funnel acquisition • Optimize website performance and conversion rates using data to inform prioritization • Identify which organic and paid channels to invest in based on performance and ROI • Partner with Product Growth as necessary on in-app growth and experimentation • Establish the foundations of growth at Laravel, including processes, artifacts, and best practices. • Hire and mentor future marketing team members as the company grows.
