• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance, including ticketing and resale regulations, consumer protection rules, and pricing transparency. • Review user flows to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with relevant regulations. • Review and approve marketing claims, promotional materials, press releases, and other consumer-facing materials. • Advise on data privacy and security requirements and help implement privacy-by-design practices with product and engineering. • Manage IP strategy, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and licensing. • Advise the Board and executive team on governance best practices. • Working closely with outside counsel, prepare and manage corporate records, board resolutions, and shareholder matters. • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including with vendors and strategic partners. • Partner closely with HR on employee relations, internal investigations, and compliance initiatives. • Identify legal and regulatory risks across the business and propose practical mitigation strategies. • Manage pre-litigation disputes with customers, partners, and vendors; oversee outside counsel for any litigation or regulatory inquiries. • Build and manage internal legal and compliance workflows, processes, and documentation.
