Job Description

• Own Product Strategy: Lead the end to end vision and roadmap, partnering with data, design, engineering and marketing to drive growth across organic funnels. • Accelerate Growth: Launch and optimize experiences that improve customer outcomes and scale the business. • Leverage Market Insights: Conduct thorough market analysis and user research to identify opportunities, inform strategy and guide product decisions. • Champion Consumer-Centric Innovation: Deeply understand consumer behaviors and needs to deliver personalized high-impact product experiences. • Drive Execution: Partner cross functionally to deliver new features and product enhancements on time and with measurable impact. • Optimize Performance: Use data, A/B testing and experimentation to improve engagement, conversion and retention. • Advocate for the Customer: Keep user needs and outcomes at the heart of every decision. • Mentor and Collaborate: Support junior PMs, fostering growth, inclusion and shared success.

Job Requirements

7+ years in product management position, preferably within fintech, consumer finance, or a related domain
2+ years experience in an SEO growth role
Proven success in managing and launching impactful product initiatives ideally within fintech
Experience scaling products in fast-growing businesses - balancing quick wins with long-term investments
Skilled in leveraging data analytics tools and methodologies to inform decision-making
Familiarity with A/B testing, user research techniques and data driven product development
Ability to work closely with engineering teams and technical workflows
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct authority
