• Own full-cycle recruiting for interns and early-career candidates across technical and non-technical roles • Build strong partnerships with universities, career centers, professors, and student organizations • Develop campus engagement strategies (info sessions, career fairs, on-campus events, virtual programming, etc.) • Create scalable processes for college recruiting hiring across multiple teams • Manage relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and interview processes • Collaborate closely with recruiting coordinators to schedule interviews and move candidates through pipelines efficiently • Leverage tools like LinkedIn, Ashby, Juicebox, and sourcing channels to proactively build top-of-funnel pipelines • Use data to measure outreach effectiveness, track trends, and continuously improve our college recruiting strategy • Help shape employer brand presence for early-career talent through social media, events, and student communities
