• Deliver advanced technical support and service to customers • Ensure optimal performance of FormFactor probe systems and accessories • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites • Install FormFactor probe systems and accessories • Troubleshoot and repair equipment • Communicate effectively with customers • Complete work orders and service calls in a timely manner • Participate in training and certification activities • Conduct technical training for Field Service Engineers and end-users • Manage and resolve technical escalations • Collaborate with internal departments (Engineering, Product Management, etc.)
