• Completing general compliance testing on a select sample of local files on a regular basis. • Reviewing applicable loan regulations and documents on standardized work papers. • Providing a written report and sending it to the CCO for review and inclusion in the Compliance Working Committee and Board of Directors packages. • Monitoring the loan, demographic, and dispersion data of the loans purchased for the Bank’s portfolio. • Ensuring all required HDMA information is gathered for both Bank portfolio loans and TPP Loans. • Ensuring quality and validity errors are cleared in the Bank’s HMDA software. • Performing regular reviews of the escrow and loan servicing procedures for applicable compliance requirements such as annual escrow statements, timely payment processing, periodic statement accuracy, etc. • Adding applicable servicing review procedures to the monthly monitoring plan.
