• Transform product strategy into AI agent solutions that enhance dealership advertising performance, shopper engagement, and operational efficiency. • Define clear, actionable product requirements — including PRDs, user stories, data requirements, and evaluation plans. • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features and products, from ideation and model evaluation through launch, adoption, and iteration. • Design and refine conversational workflows, agent behaviors, and retrieval strategies to ensure accuracy, reliability, and business value. • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, GTM, customer success, and compliance to ensure successful delivery and rollout of AI capabilities. • Own prioritization and backlog management, balancing rapid experimentation with long-term platform architecture and scalability. • Work with sensitive CRM, PII, and dealership data safely and responsibly, ensuring compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards. • Monitor performance with clear KPIs (model quality, usage, conversions, operational uplift) and use insights to drive continuous product improvements. • Champion AI enablement within PureCars and with customers.
