Job Description
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in CRM campaign management, ideally in healthcare or a regulated industry.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, Eloqua).
- Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing (email, SMS, direct mail).
- Intermediate SQL or data-querying abilities.
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and testing strategies.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, CCPA).
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- US work authorization.
