• Provide solution-focused, short-term counselling to a diverse clientele facing a wide range of personal and work-related challenges. • Assess client needs, establish goals, and develop individualized strategies within the scope of their EAP coverage. • Create personalized, action-oriented plans to support clients in achieving meaningful outcomes. • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in alignment with TELUS Health’s clinical standards and protocols. • Collaborate effectively with TELUS Health’s internal EAP team to ensure seamless client care. • Adhere to professional, ethical, and confidentiality guidelines while complying with all relevant policies and regulations. • Stay current with best practices in mental health care and actively engage in continuous professional development.
