• responsibility for the full market P&L for the Ricolino brands in the US • translating strategic priorities into operational reality by aligning communication, accountability, resource capabilities, internal processes, and ongoing measurement systems • leading a business growth agenda and evolving organic and inorganic initiatives • defining and monitoring commercial strategies, brand positioning and sales channels • driving high standards for individual, team, and organizational accomplishments through teamwork and empowerment • providing strategic leadership and direction, while supporting all the functions across the local organization • streamlining operations, reducing costs, and driving alignment in all the functions

Job Requirements

Broad management experience in leading national/international FMCG or CPG Company / Teams
In depth knowledge of all relevant national and international Sales aspects, tools and processes and business collaboration
Good Marketing and Financials understanding
Extensive, proven experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged good industry preferred
Proven experience in category development, key accounts and market insights analysis and delivering growth through category leadership
Future-focused mindset, curious about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers and the ability to translate opportunities into business strategies
Ability and agility to develop and deliver a strategic plan, measuring and monitoring results, and making recommendations to achieve growth targets
Demonstrated experience leading and developing diverse teams
Able to influence stakeholders and interact effectively with senior leadership based on a deep understanding of priorities and with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view.
