Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 7-9+ years of progressive, hands-on experience managing large-scale paid social budgets ($250k+/mo), preferably in a fast-paced B2C or B2B growth environment (e-commerce, SaaS, subscription).
- Proven mastery of Meta Ads Manager, including advanced knowledge of bidding strategies, custom/lookalike audiences, and CAPI implementation and troubleshooting.
- Exceptional analytical skills comfortable working with large datasets, and advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- A track record of developing and executing rigorous A/B and multivariate testing frameworks (audiences, creative, bidding, landing pages).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
