• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end automation and integration solutions using Workato • Develop integration recipes connecting enterprise applications such as NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and other SaaS platforms • Collaborate with program leadership to shape and evolve enablement playbooks, standards, and operating models, while providing guidance on advanced automation and AI-driven capabilities within the platform • Build automation bots and workflows integrating Slack and Microsoft Teams • Extend Workato’s capabilities using Java, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, AWS Lambda, and custom logic where required • Design and implement API-driven integrations using REST and HTTP connectors • Lead troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis, and performance optimization of integrations • Gather and analyze requirements through client workshops and technical discussions • Partner with Business Development and Engineering teams to design scalable and future-ready solutions • Build internal automations to improve operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, and RevOps • Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience with strong ownership and accountability • Contribute to internal documentation, best practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
