Job Description

• Spearhead end-to-end design and architecture of predictive models for reinsurance sector • Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to actuaries • Oversee cross-functional projects requiring collaboration across diverse groups • Act as a catalyst for innovation in modeling techniques and technologies • Develop and enforce best practices for data analysis and model development • Build partnerships with senior business leaders to drive data-driven solutions • Apply deep subject matter expertise in life and health reinsurance to inform predictive models

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or related field
FSA Accreditation
7+ years of actuarial experience
Expert-level knowledge of traditional actuarial analysis, including multivariate analysis, experience studies, pricing, and valuation.
Deep, hands-on expertise in programming languages such as Python and R for data analysis.
Highly proficient in SQL for complex data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Experience deploying scalable models in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and Databricks.
Proven ability to approach complex problems with creativity and rigor.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
