Job Requirements
- 5+ years of proven business development or sales experience, with a significant focus on the Lawn & Garden industry
- Track record of developing and executing high-level, complex business strategies that resulted in significant revenue growth.
- A history of successfully driving cross-functional support and collaboration to implement major initiatives and customer programs.
- Experience developing and executing strategies on major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, retailer sites)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
