Job Description
Role Description
Fenix24 isn’t just about recovery, we’re about resilience. When disaster strikes, we don’t settle for getting businesses back online; we rebuild smarter, faster, and stronger. Our team thrives in high-stakes environments where precision and speed matter. Every system we connect, every process we streamline, fuels our mission to turn disruption into opportunity.
We’re looking for a Salesforce and Mulesoft Admin/Developer who can move quickly, think boldly, and deliver solutions that will scale. This role is for the go-to expert who is ready to own their craft and solve complex challenges as our interconnected systems change and expand. This role will report to the Revenue Operations leader.
- Own Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced - Configure and optimize CPQ workflows, product catalogs, pricing rules, and billing processes to support accurate quoting and faster deal cycles.
- Build & Maintain Integrations with MuleSoft - Design and implement MuleSoft APIs to connect Salesforce with systems like ServiceNow, NetSuite, Docusign, Vendor systems, and other critical platforms. Ensuring data flows securely and reliably.
- Administer & Develop Salesforce - Customize objects, fields, flows, Lightning components, installed packages, and maintenance; write Apex when needed; and maintain a clean, scalable org.
- Drive Data Integrity & Governance - Implement best practices for data quality, release management, and compliance across all environments.
- Work Autonomously as the Sole Expert - You will be the primary authority for Salesforce and MuleSoft within Fenix24; responsible for strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization without daily oversight. This role requires self-direction, proactive problem-solving, and ownership of all technical decisions in your domain.
- Collaborate Across Teams - Work closely with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Support to translate business needs into technical solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.
