Job Description
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to penetrate high-value target organizations and navigate complex corporate structures.
• Establish and nurture relationships with C-Suite stakeholders (CEO, CTO, CFO) and department heads to align Joist AI with their strategic business goals.
• Lead sophisticated sales cycles involving RFP responses, security reviews, and multi-stakeholder consensus building.
• Orchestrate the negotiation of complex enterprise contracts and procurement processes to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Represent Joist AI at major industry conferences and events to build network influence and brand visibility.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of Enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with large professional services organizations.
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes, security requirements, and legal negotiations.
- Experience selling into the AEC industry or adjacent markets (PropTech & ConTech) is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in solution selling and account-based sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPICED).
- Exceptional business acumen with the ability to articulate ROI and strategic value to senior leadership.
