• Provide education and advisory services on asset consolidation planning to active retirement plan participants, business partners, and outside advisors • Collaborate with channel partners and act on referrals from the Customer Care Center regarding participants with consolidation and planning needs • Gather information through best interest interviews to understanding the participant’s situation and determine the best consolidation approach • Proactively reach out to new participants to Transamerica Employer plans • Educate on consolidation options and provide specialized assistance with plan enrollment • Hold retirement planning phone consultations with clients as requested • Partner with Regional Vice Presidents and Client Executives to facilitate the movement of terminated plan assets to Transamerica • Work with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to initiate product requests
