• Evaluate AI model outputs related to meeting, convention, and event planning • Develop prompts for AI models reflecting workplace tasks in your field • Provide structured feedback to improve AI understanding of professional responsibilities • Contribute to an ongoing AI research project without needing prior AI experience

Job Requirements

At least 4 years of professional experience in event planning or related fields
Ability to consult with customers to determine objectives for events
Experience coordinating services for events such as accommodations and transportation
Skills in reviewing event bills for accuracy and approving payments
Ability to monitor event activities to ensure compliance with regulations and participant satisfaction
Experience negotiating contracts with service providers and suppliers
Skills in evaluating providers based on customer requirements and budget
Experience conducting post-event evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement
Ability to hire and supervise volunteers and support staff for events
Must be able to participate in asynchronous work in partnership with leading AI labs.
