Job Description
Job Requirements
- 2+ years building websites or marketing experiences, ideally in-house at a SaaS or consumer tech company
- Proficiency in Webflow: CMS architecture, interactions, animations, and custom code—with a strong portfolio of live sites
- Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills for extending what Webflow can do natively
- Experience with Webflow design systems, component libraries, and class naming conventions that don't become a mess
- Comfortable translating Figma designs into responsive, production-ready Webflow builds
- Experience running A/B tests and interpreting results
- Familiarity with analytics tools (PostHog, Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
- Know how to make pages fast and rank well (Core Web Vitals, technical SEO basics)
- Strong attention to detail and solid understanding of responsive design
- Can juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, experiment-heavy environment
