Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in specialty pharmacy, healthcare, or access-focused roles, with at least 5 years in leadership
- Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact access strategies that improve patient outcomes
- Strong strategic leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change at the executive level
- Expertise in navigating payor landscapes, regulatory requirements, and pharmacy access challenges
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience managing multiple high-priority projects while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
