• Provide expert accounting analysis in collaboration with product, engineering leadership, and Finance teams to comprehensively evaluate development activity and ensure compliance with ASC 350-40 for internal-use software. • Prepare and review capitalization software workbooks along with related journal entries, coordinating closely with Engineering, FP&A, and relevant stakeholders to guarantee timely and accurate financial reporting. • Prepare and review consolidation of journal entries and intercompany eliminations. • Support worldwide monthly financial close including preparing journal entries, accounts reconciliations and management reporting. • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis to ensure resulting financial statement results accurately reflect business activity and are in accordance with US GAAP. • Assist in preparation of quarterly and annual financial statement disclosures for SEC filing, ensuring accurate disclosure. • Ensure and maintain related internal controls in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley. • Actively engage in process improvements, including developing and maintaining Sarbanes Oxley controls. • Collaborate with the other finance departments and business partners to provide ad hoc research, reporting, and projects. • Prepare and manage external auditor deliverables closely with the external audit team regarding any quarterly review and annual audit requirements. • Support various financial transformation projects including implementation of automation and process documentations.
