Job Description
• Own and execute U.S. pricing strategy including analog analysis, GTN modeling, value defense, and scenario planning.
• Develop actionable contracting strategies (Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial).
• Drive HEOR and value story development, including burden of disease, cost-offset, and payer-relevant evidence.
• Lead key Market Access governance processes, including pricing committee workflows.
• Develop foundational payer engagement tools including AMCP dossiers, policy intelligence, and payer materials.
• Conduct and synthesize competitive and policy intelligence.
• Serve as Market Access lead on cross-functional workstreams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, public health, or science strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of biotech/pharma or consulting experience with recent hands-on focus in U.S. market access.
- Direct launch experience in both rare and common disease indications.
- Demonstrated strength in building market access infrastructure, not just managing it.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- High bias for action, with the judgment to balance autonomy and alignment in a fast-paced environment.
