Job Description

• Play a critical hands-on role in commissioning, maintaining, and repairing state-of-the-art power conversion and generation equipment used in renewable energy, energy storage, and industrial applications • Work independently and as part of a skilled technical team to ensure reliable, efficient system performance at customer sites across the U.S. (travel up to 50%) • Span commissioning of new systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and control integration • Leverage expertise in electrical testing, communication systems, and PLC programming to maximize uptime and system longevity • Shape the customer experience and contribute to product improvement through detailed technical reports, procedure development, and operator training

Job Requirements

Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
This position requires eligibility to obtain authorization under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
