• Designs and develops software architecture (integrated process, applications, data and technology) solutions to business problems in alignment with enterprise architecture direction and standards • Performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications • Develops specifications for new products/services, applications and service offerings • Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies • Develops an architectural maturity model and strategic roadmap to move teams from projects to final production, as well as transform the execution of work to an agile framework • Formulates actionable views utilizing in-house tool reporting and architectural visualizations to successfully enhance the company's brand recognition and competitive advantage in the industry • Develops standard processes to enable faster decision-making and transparent observability in the team's practices and protocols • Inspects architecture patterns to ensure correct patterns are leveraged for scalability of new business functionality, as well as resiliency, reliability, stability, and availability of existing business functionality • Applies advanced knowledge of architecture when assisting teams in forming seamless deployment and rollback plans for key business initiatives, utilizing AI where appropriate • Consults with key stakeholders across the broader organization to understand impacts, communicate changes, and develop best practices for architectural schematics • Drives key architectural decisions with the team to ensure architectural standards and guidelines are met on all key business initiatives
