• Own lifecycle design output across email, SMS, direct mail, and emerging lifecycle touchpoints for all brands • Manage, prioritize, and project-manage the workload of designer VAs to ensure predictable timelines and high-quality execution • Partner closely with Brand to maintain cohesive visual expression, brand integrity, and creative vision across lifecycle channels • Act as the creative liaison between Retention and Brand teams • Provide light copy editing and brand-voice gut checks • Implement and enforce compliance-aligned creative guardrails • Establish and document lifecycle design best practices, workflows, and QA standards • Continuously improve creative velocity while maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency
