• Design intuitive interfaces for internal business applications, admin panels, dashboards, and enterprise tools used by employees, operations teams, and business users • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex workflows involving data entry, reporting, analytics, and system administration • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions • Establish and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides for internal application consistency • Conduct stakeholder interviews and usability testing with internal users to understand pain points and optimize workflows • Design responsive interfaces that work across desktop and tablet environments where internal users operate • Optimize information architecture and navigation for applications with extensive feature sets and user permissions • Partner with development teams to ensure design feasibility and provide support during implementation
