• Manage incoming change requests. • Review existing processes and systems to proactively identify workflow improvements with high ROI. • Recommend thoughtful, creative solutions that deliver functionality and operability. • Balance “the best” solution with budget and time-frame requirements to deliver ROI. • Develop functional specifications for prioritized change requests and recommend solution options. • Work with the development team to design and test enhancements. • Complete documentation for user teams and support to ensure a smooth implementation handoff for enhancements. • Deliver training to super users as appropriate. • Become a subject matter expert on our Salesforce and NextGen data models, custom application, workflow and integration functionality. • Provide functional support for business teams and tier 3 technical support for the systems team. • Create and maintain documentation of Aria custom system components. • Protect the company by handling sensitive and protected business information with appropriate safeguards and confidentiality. • Articulate complex workflows and concepts to audiences with varying degrees of technical acumen. • Communicate effectively and often with key business constituents and within the systems team.
