• Assisting and leading efforts in bringing to market customer self-service workflows. • Collaborating with the Director, Gateway Clearinghouse for the Gateway Clearinghouse platform. • Developing and maintaining internal and external toolsets and applications. • Driving both operational excellence and collaborative success. • Defining product vision and roadmap for a new Gateway Clearinghouse platform. • Working with internal stakeholders and health plans to understand their workflows. • Directing the development of operational and reporting metrics to ensure product success. • Developing requirements to support operational and business needs translating them into clear user stories and epics for development teams. • Gathering, analyzing, and responding to user feedback. • Working cross-functionally in a matrix driven environment. • Leading team of product owners and product analysts to execute against product vision. • Conducting go-to-market research and incorporate customer insights into product planning.
