• Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 ERP solutions • Ensure architecture supports business processes such as financial management, supply chain, manufacturing, and project management • Meet compliance and business requirements • Lead ERP-driven digital transformation initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ERP solutions

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in system development
2+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP architecture, implementation, and customization
Strong background in enterprise application architecture, cloud computing (Azure preferred), and integrations
Experience with large-scale Dynamics 365 ERP implementations (Finance & Operations, Project Operations, etc.)
Proven track record of leading ERP-driven digital transformation initiatives that optimize enterprise-wide resource management
Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Project Operations, etc.)
Expertise in Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, and DevOps pipelines for enterprise applications
Hands-on experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) for enhancing ERP solutions
Strong understanding of financial data modeling, supply chain data, data migration strategies, and reporting frameworks
Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent
Strong background in CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing for ERP applications
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in ERP solution design and optimization
Ability to mentor and lead technical teams dedicated to ERP solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and adoption across business functions.
