Job Description
• Partner with VIP customers (high net-worth individuals and celebrities) to onboard them to our portfolio companies
• Source and onboard new customers through referrals, targeted sales/marketing, and networking events
• Help customers to monetize their closet and make money off the products they loved and are ready to part with
• Act as a Personal Shopper to help customers find the best deals and curate their wardrobe
• Be the dedicated point of contact and escalation point for any questions, issues or concerns from VIP customers
Job Requirements
- Someone who has worked in luxury fashion or the designer re-sale space
- Someone who enjoys sales and account management; someone motivated by high variable compensation and uncapped commission
- Someone who genuinely loves fashion and accessories!
- Someone who thrives in chaos: throw you a new challenge on Friday, and you’ll know by Monday what you want to do and how you want to do it
